Ferris Posts Personal Best at UMD Invitational
DARTMOUTH, Mass. — Regis College women's cross country competed at the 52nd annual University of Dartmouth Cross Country Invitational this morning. The event featured a competitive field with colleges from across the region, including three other Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) programs.
Jonnie Charest (Methuen, Mass.) led the Pride, crossing the finish line in 27:51.0. Lindsey Ferris (Fairfax, Vt.) followed with a personal best time of 29:58.9, while Olivia Mmamelu (Waltham, Mass.) finished next at 30:33.3. Jenna Lynch (Mattapoisett, Mass.) rounded out the team with a time of 42:13.6.
The Pride will take next weekend off before traveling to Vermont for the Norwich Cadet Classic on Friday, October 3.
