Carll Earns Second GNAC Rookie of the Week Honor After Four-Point Performance
WESTON, Mass. -- After helping lead her team to a commanding 10-0 win over Mitchell College, Mia Carll (Shrewsbury, Mass.) has been named the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Rookie of the Week. The honor marks the second of her debut season.
In the shutout victory, Carll tallied one goal and two assists for a four-point performance — her second multi-point outing of the year. Her first came earlier this season in a win over New England College, where she recorded a career-high five points.
Carll and the Pride return to action tomorrow, Tuesday, October 14, when they host the University of Saint Joseph (Conn.) at 7 p.m.
