To Replace A Lost/Stolen/Deactivated ID:
Please email ids@regiscollege.edu with your first name, last name, ID number (if you recall) and a description of what happened to your ID. Once the email is received and reviewed, we will provide an email confirmation for pick up as follows:
- All emails received by noon on the same day requested will be available for pick up starting at 4 p.m.
- All emails received after noon will be available for pick up starting at noon the following business day.
- $20 cash only replacement fee. Disclosure: The fee is subject to change.
Note: If your ID was deactivated, please bring it with you when you come to the office.
New Student ID:
If you are a new student at Regis and need an ID, you will need to make a 15-minute appointment to take your picture and receive your ID. Please email ids@regiscollege.edu with your first name, last name and availability to come to the office of Center for Student Services in College Hall Room 221, Monday through Friday between 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Once the email is received and reviewed, we will provide an email appointment confirmation.
Appointment Cancellation: If for any reason you are unable to keep your appointment, please email us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule your appointment.

Mission Statement
The mission of The Center for Health and Wellness is to maintain the physical and emotional wellbeing of the Regis College community through the provision of quality, accessible, comprehensive health care. We strive to promote healthy behaviors and lifestyle choices through ongoing educational outreach, programming and campus collaboration. Health Services and Counseling Services work to support students in the pursuit of their academic goals and personal development consistent with the core values of the Sisters of Saint Joseph and the mission of Regis College.
We provide:
- Primary care to all Regis students, faculty and staff including on-site, urgent and routine health care, physical exams (work, school, sports, camp, DOT, clearance), screenings, laboratory tests, vaccines and immunizations

The Office of Student Conduct (OSC) is centered around student learning through promotion of responsible and ethical behavior consistent with the Regis Student Code of Conduct, the Regis Mission and the Charism of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Boston. The Office of Student Conduct is committed to maintaining a community that is safe, secure and respectful of all without distinction. The Student Conduct System establishes a procedure for determining the facts surrounding a charge that a student has violated policy and for arriving at a fair and informed resolution of the incident.
We provide:
- Follow up with students involved in conduct violations
- Referral to offices to support student growth and learning
- Education around values and safe decision making
- Training on campus polices, the discipline process, and supporting students
